Fazenda Gruta da Liberdade began more than a century ago with a tradition of respect for people and the environment.
The name Liberdade (Freedom) was earned for never having accepted slaves as labor.
Our mission is to produce quality coffee while caring for the environment and our employees.

The labor regime adopted is that of agricultural partnership, where the workers receive 40% of the production.

We have won three important seals, which show that we have completed the entire cycle of sustainability, protecting our springs, taking care of the remaining native forest and environmental reserve, producing our own energy, and treating our sewage.
