VÓ ERMINIA ALIMENTOS

Vó Ermínia Alimentos began its activities in 1995 with the raising of quails and production of pickled eggs.
Since then until today, the company maintains its production process in a handmade way, with some equipment to improve productivity, prioritizing the quality and natural characteristics of the food, without using so-called "chemical" preservatives, aiming at the food safety of what it produces and the health of its clients.

As the years went by, market needs and opportunities, the company entered new market niches and improved its product mix, producing, besides quail eggs, a line of peppers, products in oil, seasonings, and farofas, among others.

Vó Ermínia was the name of the grandmother of one of the partners, being named in honor of her, who like all grandmothers does everything with great care and affection to always be "pleasing to the eyes and palate of those you love the most".
