Following the same meticulous harvesting standards, roasting is done using a roasting unit owned by the cooperative itself, meaning that customers can rely on high-standard coffee that is catered to their tastes. These types of coffee can be found in our COOPERPRATA and ALTO da CUESTA brands, available in both roasted and ground and just roasted beans.
