Whole Grey Shrimp

Our shrimp is certified by the Quality Control program through the Federal Inspection Service (SIF), regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture. It conforms to the standards and criteria required by Federal Oversight and has distinguished itself through an on-point and customized control of all processing stages. Additionally, the freezing process is done via the Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technique, allowing the consumer to only use the quantity desired without having to defrost the entire product at once.
