Aquinor
Aquinor is one of the first shrimp farms established in Brazil. Founded in 1982, the company began production using female shrimps caught at sea and bred in a laboratory. The farm, located on a property covering an area of more than 1,250 hectares, today has about 240 hectares of productive area, divided into hatcheries, nurseries, and grow-out tanks. There are 500 hectares of area available for future expansion, and an area of over 400 hectares for environmental conservation.
