Reserva do Zito's cachaças stand out sensorially, as they have an incomparable aroma and are extremely balanced on the palate. This is the result of the sum of several factors such as good raw materials, the quality of the soil, the microclimate of the region where the factory is located and the native yeasts responsible for fermentation, as well as, of course, the good manufacturing practices applied throughout the production process.

We are a family-run business and the entire production process, from planting to bottling, is handmade on our property: our own planting, our own yeasts and yeasts caught on our property. All cut cane is crushed on the same day. Our production follows the time of the harvest, which is annual. We currently produce 45,000 liters per harvest per year, but we could double this according to demand. We respect the environment and all liquid waste is returned to the cane field through irrigation. We use sugarcane bagasse as fuel for the boiler that generates steam for the stills.
