Cassava starch

Also known as paste, amide or sweet flour, cassava starch is a fine, white, odorless and tasteless powder that has more than 800 uses. Cassava starch is most widely used in industry, especially in the textile, paper, glue, paint, meat sausage, beer and food industries.
Cassava flour is one of the main products of the cassava plant and is rich in starch, as well as containing fiber and ash (minerals).
