Our coffees are Arabica and Canefora, scored and each lot selected is roasted in a roasting profile previously built and tested with a lot of discipline and methodology, which guarantees a better sensory result in the cups. Respecting the raw materials and the work of small producers.

Specialty coffee beans from five Brazilian regions.
Each bean has a different sensory, representing the diversity of Brazil's terroir:

Rondônia Bean: Woody and cocoa notes, honey, chocolate and banana raisins.
Paraná Bean: Notes of propolis, with the sweetness of raisins and chocolate.
Minas Gerais Bean: Notes of molasses, caramel and milk chocolate.
Goiás Bean: Salivating, with orange citrus acidity.
São Paulo Bean: Lightly fruity with a slight malic acidity reminiscent of melon.
Bahia Bean: Sweet and with notes of tahiti lime.
Espirito Santo Bean: Notes of pamonha, floral, black tea and spices.
