When farming, the producer and her family use biological inputs and cover crops to preserve and enliven the soil.
As well as specialty coffees, the estate produces avocados and bananas, also with a focus on product quality and sustainability.
Coffee produced with respect for environmental and social standards, in a region conducive to the production of fine coffees, which, combined with the care taken by the producer and her family in harvesting and post-harvesting, allows them to offer consumers the highest quality coffees.
