Competitive advantages: Coffee produced by family farms. The property is totally focused on sustainable production, without the use of pesticides. We manage production from planting to delivery.

We trace the batches, writing down the entire process. This allows us to offer continuity of quality through documented and repeated post-harvest processes. Furthermore, in the Matas de Minas region, the diversity of the microclimate gives a marked distinction to the sensory flavors of the terroir. Our coffee not only provides quality of life, but also expresses a variety of flavors, making a significant contribution to a healthier world. All this is done following management techniques that minimize environmental impact.

DETAILS ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

The production capacity is 100 60-kg sacs of coffee per harvest, available from October to February. The coffees are selected and processed into 60 kg or 30 kg bags. Its characteristics include coffees with scores above 80 points, with a 16 sieve or higher.
