COFFEE

The coffee varieties produced are the red Catuaí 144 and the yellow Catuaí, and the Arara and Geisha varieties are currently being introduced.

We produce special and specialty coffees. Coffees with micro, nano and single lots. The UNIQUE lots are exotic lots where the buyer can follow the entire process, from processing, harvesting, drying, roasting and packaging, creating a coffee produced exclusively for each customer.

The estate is implementing camera systems where the buyer can follow the stages of production.

The property is in the process of being certified (CERTIFICA MINAS) with the support of EMATER-MG, Caratinga, in 2024.

We are part of the Association of Specialty Coffee Producers of the Caratinga Highlands, which is seeking a Designation of Origin (DO).

DETAILS ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Production capacity of up to 150 bags of Green Coffee per year, considering all the space used by the company for coffee production.

Production capacity of between 50 and 60 bags of Special Green Coffee. There is a possibility of an increase. The production of special and specialty coffees has varied according to demand.
