Dorado Fish

The Dorado for being a species of voracious carnivorous habit and its cultivation adapts in several regions of the country, it is widely distributed in Brazilian rivers and promotes population control of invasive species, mainly in tilapia fattening systems. Its biological role has reflected in positive indicators in the production chain such as the improvement in feed conversion, the decrease in the cultivation cycle, the uniformity of batches and the increase in fillet yield.
