GREEN COFFEE BEANS

Specialty coffee, with micro-batches in the post-harvest, cared for by the owner's partner, roasted and ground by the owner, and when labor is needed, the wives of the employees are called in. In this way, I can say that the work at the roasting plant is done only by women, women who are as special as the coffee produced at Fazenda Galícia.

Selected Grains
After being harvested, our coffee goes through a selection and evaluation process and is then roasted for distribution.

Classification
Once the beans have been selected, they are subjected to a careful classification to determine what type of drink they will make.

Roasting, Grinding and Packing
After the last stage, each type of coffee is roasted, ground and packed in its respective container for sale.

Specialty coffee, roasted beans and/or ground, in 1kg, 500gr and 250gr packs and Green coffee.

Seasonality in the Café Galicia Industry is almost non-existent, because Galicia Coffee is a specialty product that pleases the most demanding palates and coffee lovers. Therefore, it is consumed throughout the year, and in order to have coffee with a fresh roast, new roasts are needed almost daily to best serve our customers.
