OLIVE OIL

We produce extra virgin olive oils in intense or mild blends, depending on the varieties they contain. We also have a monovarietal of the Greek Koroneiki variety.

In a chemical analysis, our oil obtained an acidity of 0.15 and a peroxide index of 7.10.

Sensory analysis shows an intense green fruity aroma with herbaceous notes of green leaves such as cabbage, green herbs, rosemary and the freshness of freshly cut grass. On the palate it has a strong entry of arugula, basil and spices such as pepper. It also has notes of dried fruit such as walnuts and chestnuts
