Aseptic banana pulp - 200 kg aseptic packaging in drums, raisin banana - 10 kg plastic packaging and ripe banana flour - aluminum packaging.
Fresh fruit - pineapple, prata banana, nanica banana, papaya formosa, mango palmer and lemon tahiti.

DETAILS ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
Fruit from registered and qualified orchards arrives at the industry and, according to the production flowchart, the fruit is inspected, analyzed, selected, washed and sanitized; the pulp is then removed using appropriate equipment. The pulp obtained is then pasteurized and immediately filled aseptically into aseptic bags with a capacity of 200 kg each. The product is held for a period of 10 days until all the microbiological analyses have been carried out. Once approved, the product is released for dispatch and distribution.
