COFFEE

Our coffees are produced at altitudes ranging from 940 to 1300 meters, with the best technologies on the market, guaranteeing better food security, regenerative management and sustainability. In addition to production, our post-harvest process is also different, with the fruit being picked ripe and dried in a special way to ensure the best quality drink. With that, we were able to make coffees with various profiles, such as chocolate, fruity, floral and rapadura in different scores.

And to strengthen our coffee-growing even more, we have started a rural tourism project, to show the public how the production stages work on the farm, the differences between the coffees, and the tasting of specialty coffees in the middle of our reserve. A project that began in June 2023 and since then more than 150 people have been "coffeeded" by us. We are proud to show everyone the life of the coffee grower and the coffee on the farm.

Specialty coffees scoring from 80 to 88+, prepared on sieves 16 and above, in 30 or 60 kg bags and packaged in Grainpro.
