One of the differentials in production is the care taken when harvesting, which is done daily on a cloth and then the grains are washed and separated, pulped and then dried on a stone or suspended patio. The result is a special coffee, full-bodied, smooth and with balanced acidity. Today, the property has an adequate structure for producing excellent quality coffee.

Today, Sítio Iranita has 74 hectares and maintains 50% of its area in native forest, working to conserve the springs and recover the riparian forest.

Iranita coffee has been planting and replanting its crops for the last three years, with the aim of increasing production in order to serve our customers and also our future exports. The highest area of the property was chosen for planting our plots because it is more suitable for coffee.
