Apiário Iporã

In 2007 the first apiaries were installed in ""Fazenda Junqueira"", located in Eldorado/MS. The first collection points bordered the environmental preservation areas on the banks of the Paraná River; today the apiaries are spread out in several places near the Paraná River and its tributaries.
Inspired by the beauty of the river and its importance to society, the company was baptized with the name Apiários Ipora. ""IPORA"" has its origin in the language spoken by the Tupi people and means ""Rio Bonito"". The name is dedicated to the river that provides the essential fauna and flora for beekeeping activity.
