Apiário Mel Flor Selvagem

Flor Selvagem is an apiculture food company focused on producing honey. The business has been involved with beekeeping in a balanced and sustainable way that is integrated with nature since its inception in 1991.

Since 2007, the Apiary has been operating with the objective of also increasing the productivity of the hives through a Selection and Genetic Improvement of Queens, a technique that yields high-performing honey bees. The hives are located in wild forest reserves and eucalyptus reforestations, thereby aiding the pollination of native and cultivated plants.
