Capolivo is a company run by the Capoani family, traditional entrepreneurs who always put the quality of their products first.

It is on the olive cultivation of the Tarumã da Boa Vista Farm in Canguçu, Rio Grande do Sul, that Capolivo produces olives in a current area of 100 hectares.

The region's climate, combined with the relief and type of soil, provide an excellent terroir for the development of the olive trees, raising the quality of Capolivo extra virgin olive oil to a product of excellence.
