Created in 1999, in Paraiba, the company was intended solely for the production of shrimp on a small scale. Over these 20 years, new units and activities were integrated into the enterprise, expanding the production capacity and introducing the production of shrimp postlarvae, constituting what is today the Camar Group.
Currently present in the states of Paraiba and Rio Grande do Norte, the group has 23 farms, 3 postlarvae production units, and 2 processing plants, meeting the highest national and international standard.
