The Cooperativa Mista da Agricultura Familiar e Economia Solidária de Bebida Velha - COOPABEV, located and active in the community of Bebida Velha, rural area of the town of Pureza/RN.

It was established in 2012 as a tool for strengthening family farming and as an alternative for generating work and income for family farmers in the community and region of the Mato Grande territory. COOPABEV was established as a result of the organizational actions already carried out at the collective level in the community where it is located, and by the perception of local opportunities to develop sustainable activities.
