COOPAMESF

COOPAMESF was formally created on October 27, 2005 involving the initial participation of 30 founding members representing 7 municipalities throughout the region. Its mission is to represent and unite beekeepers in order to help in storing, processing, packaging, labeling and marketing honey and wax from beekeepers in the micro-region of Médio São Francisco in the State of Bahia.

COOPAMESF's founding was a landmark and decisive milestone for the Development and Consolidation of Beekeeping in the Velho Chico territory.
