Fazenda Bacuri

The Bacuri Farm is a family-owned agro-enterprise, whose main product is "Bacuri", which comes from a system of organic management by natural regrowth of the bacuri tree (Platonia insignis a typical fruit of the Amazon biodiversity), besides working with Agroforestry Systems involving other crops.

We have developed rural tourism work with associated production, showing the bio-economy of the standing forest, and in partnership with other farmers, fishermen, fish farmers, artisans, salting houses, and restaurants, we have developed a rural itinerary called the Atlantic Amazon Route.
