Sow Fresh is located in Pedralva, the most awarded coffee region in Brazil, in the Serra da Mantiqueira micro-region, in the south of Minas Gerais, where several factors determine the quality of fruits and coffee: land, temperature, well-defined seasons and so-called hydric stress - which is the pause in the rains from May to August. Pedralva has a mild tropical climate of altitude, classified as Cwa according to Koppen and Geiger, average annual temperature of 19.5 °C, average annual precipitation of 1474 mm, distant 262 km from Sao Paulo, 349 km from Rio de Janeiro and 446 km from Belo Horizonte, population around 12,000 inhabitants and area of 217,834 km2.
