BRAZIL NUTS

The Brazil nuts found in the Abufari region are known to be the largest nuts in size in the Brazilian Amazon forest, according to studies, as well as of the highest quality level. Abufari applies extractive quality procedures and agro-industrial processing, which start at the foot of the chestnut grove and go all the way to the final consumer, following strict technical standards in the industrial production of nuts with low humidity, minimum levels of aflotoxins, flavor enhancement and crunchiness of the kernel. Peeled and dehydrated Brazil nuts, packed in 20 kg boxes and vacuum sealed in metallized bags.

The processing plant of Abufarí Amazon Products has a production capacity of approximately 100 tons of finished product per year. The harvest takes place annually starting in March and ending in June.
