CACHAÇA

Cachaça Mineiriana was created in 2014 when two traditional families in
Minas Gerais partnered. One family is represented by Warley Andrade who
followed the steps of Dedé Andrade, his grandfather, and a liquor
manufacturer.The Andrade family already produced the Cachaça Ipoema. The
other family is represented by Nilson Leite Sá, a man of action; Luiz
Henrique Duarte, a man connected with the technology; and Ana Marta
Sátyro, a chemist by training and passionate about the culture of
cachaça. The partnership resulted in the company, located in the
traditional district of Ipoema, in Itabira/MG, always striving for
quality and craftsmanship, combined with respect for the environment and
strict quality control.

- Mineiriana Clássica - white cachaça, with a sweetness from the cane,
slightly mentholated, and a long, enveloping finish. It has a sweet,
herbal, and fresh aroma. Perfect for mix drinks or straight shots.

- Mineiriana Amburana - rests for a year in Jequitibá barrels before
maturing for another one year in Amburana barrels. Sweet, comfortable,
with a slight spiciness and seasonings.

- Mineiriana Carvalho - is a blend of cachaças matured for at least 3
years in American, French, and European oak barrels. Chestnuts, spices
and vanilla, which evolve over the course of the dose.

Rigorous specialized technical monitoring combined with quality control
makes for a safe, high chemical quality product. Along with an
innovative design in the cachaça sector, it brings a sensory quality
experience that is very inviting to the eye and that retains loyalty due
to the surprise of the antagonism between the strength and the delicacy
of the smell and taste.

DETAILS ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Very artisanal production of small volumes (up to 10,000 liters per year), during the 03-month sugarcane harvest period. Its objective is to sustain the process, value the people involved in the production process and strengthen the local economy.
