A product made from selected, award-winning cocoa beans, produced within the pillars of sustainability.
Produced in the Transamazon region of Xingú.
Authentic product, with no preservatives or artificial flavorings. Tree-to-bar chocolate, the whole process done on the estate.
Kakao Blumenn currently produces 250kg of chocolate a month, with the capacity to triple production.
Cocoa, the main raw material, is produced at the Santa Catarina estate, which is responsible for planting, handling, harvesting, fermenting and drying the fruit using production and temperature controls.
Chocolate bars of 40 and 80 grams with varying percentages of cocoa in the formulation.

The cocoa harvest takes place from April to July, and there may be sporadic harvests depending on the weather.
