DETAILS ABOUT PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Canning production capacity is very good, with no seasonality, estimating production of 700 to 1000 pots per day.

As far as fresh fish is concerned, we have seasonality with supply problems between the months of June and July.
