HONEY AND DERIVATIVES

We produce honey by hand, without undergoing any processing, maintaining all its natural characteristics and properties.

Our products are processed and packed with all the necessary and mandatory care to ensure that they are high quality food with a high nutritional value. Our processing unit is located in the municipality of João Câmara/RN.

In our range for end consumers, we offer our fresh honeys with a net weight of 280g and 560g, in specific pet food packaging, anatomically shaped for easy use, sealed with an aluminum seal to guarantee hygiene and safety. The lids have a silicone valve that opens under the pressure of the product, which is consumed in the desired quantity, avoiding waste and spillage, and a flip for total closure after use.

We also have creamed honey, with a net weight of 240g, in glass jars and with external seals on the lids. Its texture and flavor provide a very different experience from fresh honey, with its creamy texture and sweeter flavor.

We also have the Gourmet line for consumers who use wildflower honey as an input and in large quantities, packaged in pet bottles with a net weight of 1.4 kg.

DETAILS ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY, SEASONALITY AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Our production capacity for wildflower honey is 30 tons per year, while the predominantly specific blooms vary according to the seasonality of each plant, as well as climatic conditions, and can reach 2 tons per year of variations in blooms.
