In a constant search for quality and excellence, the care taken with the selection of ingredients begins with the choice of seeds, with only the best going into the ground. Seeds germinated, seedlings formed, our work begins to keep them healthy and strong. With the motto "what comes from the earth goes back to the earth", we reuse leftover vegetables, fruit and grains to enrich the soil and help the peppers grow. In addition to our main ingredients, other ingredients are harvested on the farm where we live or supplied by small producers in the region.
