Requeijão (Brazilian Cream Cheese)
Imbaúba began with pasteurized milk and mozzarella. More products were gradually introduced according to market demand: dulce de leche, sour cream, cream, butter, ricotta cheese, minas frescal, cream cheese, culinary cream cheese, strawberry, plum and coconut milk drinks, curd, coalho cheese, sliced and grated mozzarella.
