In the middle of the year 2000, with the development of fruit growing in the north of Minas especially in the agricultural increment of the Jaíba project, we identified a growth in the area of banana-prata production mainly, since the banana candy produced with this variety presented a more pleasant aspect compared to other varieties, we started the production of banana candy with added sugars, and it was a success.

After a few years identifying the need of the market in natural products and without added sugars we started with our dear banana candy zero added sugars which we produce to the present day.
