Our olive oil is produced sustainably in the region of Candiota in the pampas of Rio Grande do Sul. Early manual harvesting allows for fresher flavors and aromas with lower acidity levels and a longer shelf life.
This method of harvesting, combined with our own olive groves, allows for high quality and control in the selection of the best olives.
