Cachaçaria Bitury Ind e Com Ltda

Cachaçaria Bitury is located in Belo Jardim/PE, and was founded to sell the Amizade Temperada drink. Its creation is due to a tribute made after the rescue of an artisanal recipe created by Mr. Vitor Alves (1919/1988), who created raizada (a traditional drink from northeastern Brazil) from the infusion of sugar cane spirit and aromatic herbs, barbatimão, purple cashew, catuaba and umburana de cheiro travessão.

His grandson Mr. Fabio Freitas reinterpreted the recipe, transforming Amizade Temperada into a drink with an unparalleled flavor and aroma that was initially only served at celebrations and gatherings of family and friends.
