Consórcio Cacau Bahia Especial

The Cacau Bahia Especial Consortium is the largest producer of special cocoa by volume in Brazil. They are farms based in the cocoa region of southern Bahia State, employing around 600 workers. The region boasts superb plantations and state-of-the-art facilities for fermentation, drying, and storage. Production adheres to high standards with social and environmental responsibility, along with quality and regional certifications.

Cultivation and harvest are done during June/July and October/November.

Productive capacity of 750 tons of quality cocoa.
