Cooperativa Regional Agropecuária Serrana – Cooperserra

In 1976, a committee was set up made up of producers and technicians who began to work together with the community in the interior of the municipalities of São Joaquim, Urupema and Bom Jardim da Serra to make the creation of a possible cooperative.

Founded in 1977, the "Cooperativa Regional Agropecuária Serrana", known today as Cooperserra, is based in São Joaquim and also has a branch in the town of Urupema, both in the Serra Catarinense.
