The Packing House is where the entire fruit selection process begins, through a classification by "color, size, defect and category", carried out by IN5 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). This process is all automated, after which the fruit is packaged and transported all over Brazil and abroad.

Cold rooms are high-tech refrigeration environments responsible for storing and preserving the apples that come out of the orchard.

On the other hand, the storage of packaged apples is done through the drive-in system, which consists of arranging the fruit in chronological order, guaranteeing the quality and traceability of the apples.
