Empório do Limão

Empório Limão, created in 2019, is managed by Gláucia, an entrepreneurial woman who, since the company's conception, has always sought to develop products that could enhance the flavor of taiti lemon, fruit produced by her family for over 10 years in the plantation located in the state of São Paulo, where the land has been owned by the family for over 100 years, passing from generation to generation.

The family has been producing and marketing fresh Tahiti lemon since 2010, with an estimated annual production of 700,000 kg/year. Empório Limão emerged from Glaucia's observations, who noticed that 30% of the plantation's production was wasted, since this percentage corresponds to a fruit in natura still very tasty, but outside the quality standards required for commercialization on supermarket shelves.
