A sugar mill located on a sugar cane production farm in the Alta Mogiana region, near Ribeirão Preto. The owner had always talked about producing cachaça, but only after his death did his sons decide to start production. In the beginning, few investments were made, but as time went by and the quality improved, we started the aging processes in wood barrels, thus generating several lines of cachaça. Those involved have taken several courses in cachaça, when two took the title of Master Cachacier in addition to the degree of Master Alambiqueiro, which is on the day to day of the distillation.
Cachaças recognized in several national competitions for their quality, and in an international distillate competition in Brussels, where it received a Golden Medal. In its production there is no concern with quantity, always with quality.
