The history of Centro Oeste Laticínios began in November 1993, in Ivolândia, in the interior of the state of Goiás, where we had our first cheese factory. At that time, we were able to produce 500 kg/day of mozzarella cheese by hand, with only seven employees.

Centro Oeste Laticínios has a highly specialized technical team and high standard equipment for the manufacturing of products that are rigorously analyzed before being sent to the market, thus ensuring superior final quality in terms of flavor, texture, and safety to the consumer. Thus, with a constant focus on quality, health, and the environment, Centro Oeste invests in the implementation of quality programs in all processes of the production chain, all the way to the distribution of the final product to the consumer.
