Levitare

Levitare began in 2000 as a family-run business making buffalo mozzarella by hand.
We invest in everything from the technology, new products and packaging, to our nearly 200 micro and small-scale producers. We currently have a wide range of products, while still maintaining the authentic, simple, and traditional spirit of our roots.

The Buffalo is a gentle and rustic creature that is naturally resistant to the majority of ailments that afflict cows. Even the pastures where the animals graze freely are natural: there are never any pesticides used.

Current capacity of 120 tons per month, with a manufacturing plant that is capable of doubling production.
