Queen of Peppers is a genuinely Brazilian company led by chef and master pepper maker Priscila Ávila, known for being the only woman in the world with the title of master pepper maker.

Queen's entire identity also comes from its chef, Priscila, who saw the production of pepper sauces as a way of adding value to pepper as well as bringing a lot of flavor to her dishes, combining regional ingredients from the cerrado and the world's hottest peppers, such as the Carolina Reaper.
