SAUCES AND PEPPERS
Our differential is to value the best that Brazil has to offer, combining it with the world's best-known peppers, which is why we have regional fruits from the Cerrado in our production line, making reference to the place where we are located.
The Cerrado Brasiliense - The Cerrado Biome covers 13 Brazilian states in an area of around 200 million hectares. It is the richest savannah in the world and the second largest biome in the country.
CERRADO ARDENTE SAUCE: A combination of Carolina Reaper and mangaba, cagaita, pequi and cajuí jams. Goes well with savory snacks, meats and salads.
CAGAITA JELLY: A combination of habanero red and this fruit typical of the cerrado, especially in the central plateau region of Brasilia, it has a more citrusy flavor and therefore goes well with roasts such as meat and cookies.
PEQUI JELLY: Another fruit typical of the Brazilian cerrado and well known in the country. It's a combination of this fruit and the chocolate habanero pepper. Goes well with breaded chicken and bread.
GRAVIOLA JELLY: Also a regional fruit of the Brazilian cerrado, this is a combination with the world-famous habanero red pepper. Goes well with cookies and bread.
