The 1878 is a special coffee, produced at an altitude of 1200 meters, which makes it an excellent drink, with balanced notes of sweetness, body, and acidity and distinctive nuances of chocolate, toasted caramel, almonds, red fruits, and others, achieving ratings above 85 points.

The 1878 specialty coffee can be purchased in 500-gram and 250-gram packages, roasted in beans or ground, or raw, in 30-kilo packages.

We, from Café 1878, are small producers and work in partnership with other families. Our production is based on the tripod of sustainability, seeking a balance between the environment and the social and economic conditions of those involved and of the property.
