It has in its mix the brands: Queijos Kiformaggio, Nonito Alimentos and Segredo do Chefe, in addition to producing more than 30 own brands of partners. It is currently among the 10 largest grated cheese industries in Brazil. Its biggest differential is the complete process of production of grated cheese, from the collection of milk on the farm to the production and grating of cheese. This complete process makes the company have a more effective control over all stages of manufacturing, culminating in a product that always has the same quality and characteristics.
The manufacturing process of grated cheese is all carried out by the company, starting with technical assistance to producers, milk collection, quality analysis, cheese production, drying, ripening and then the cheese is grated, dehydrated and packaged. It is produced from a mixture of Tropical cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Authorized production capacity of grated cheese of 150,000 kg/month, but an expansion of capacity to up to double this volume is being projected. The period of greatest demand is between the months of March to August.
