Flaking Grits

The BR 09 is the noble corn flaking grits of BRMILL Alimentos. It is produced from select grains with high purity which are dehusked and degerminated, divided into two or more parts, with a sharp yellow color and with sensory attributes typical of this cereal.

Due to its uniform and purity feature and also since it is mostly divided into two parts, the flaking grits BR 09 is ideal for the production of breakfast cereals (Corn Flakes), manufacture of flour for breading and for packing industries with final application in domestic recipes.
