Production is the most important stage for the taste of the fruit, thus Rio Corrente/Nortef rut pays special attention to it, ensuring a good management and correct harvest stage. Yet, we chose the west of Bahia to install our export-oriented unit because we consider that this region produces the best papaya in Brazil (fruit with consisten texture, brix and unique flavor). Processing: in this stage, the papaya goes through rinsing, brushing, post-harvest treatment based on ozone. Distribution: dynamism, efficiency and maintenance of the cold chain.
