The bean to bar concept-cocoa is purchased directly from the producer and undergoes a significantly more meticulous process from the time that it is harvested, where it is fermented and dried in the sun. We perform the entire selection, roasting and peeling process, producing 100% of the chocolate.
The intense dark chocolate is produced using just cocoa and organic sugar, and the milk chocolate is made with these two ingredients and whole milk. In addition to the traditional product, we offer a variety with milk and coconut sugar, as well as organic grape, special coffee and sugar-free chocolates. All ingredients are natural and organic, whenever possible, including sugar-free sweeteners.
