The work of selling coffee collectively has already helped many families to begin to have their coffees recognized abroad, thus improving the lives of these women and their families. Today, women see and understand that working with coffee is working with food, using more love and affection for the service they provide. And they pass this on to their partners and children. And that due to the courses and lectures given, today we are environmentally conscious, making the best use of the soil we plant in, as well as preserving the flora and fauna that surrounds us. With the opening of the room, the members have a space to analyze their coffee at harvest time, sell their coffees and some of the handicrafts they produce, and it has become an added attraction for tourists visiting the city, who find a point of reference there to not only buy a different kind of coffee, but to learn a little about the history of coffee.
